Burning Berry is an exciting blend of Tasmanian green tea powder (matcha), dried Tasmanian strawberry pieces, and mild Tasmanian wasabi powder for an extra zing. 
 
This drink is best served as a matcha latte. For 2 cups, whisk 2 tsp in 50 ml of hot water before adding 450ml of warm, frothy milk. You can also mix this directly in a milk frother (skip the water).
